Danish Living Home
Since 2012, the exhibition stand Danish Living Room has been a regular feature and a big draw at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan. Danish Living Room stands out from all the other exhibitors at the fair by presenting products in an open exhibition concept, where furniture, lighting, home accessories etc. from around 25 different companies merge in an inviting atmosphere and suggestive rooms. Thus, the stand reflects the Danish tradition of integrating design in all rooms of the home.

Preparations for the 2015 fair, which takes place from 14th-19th April 2015, are already in full swing, and Danish designer Tine Mouritsen has been designated to create the stand. Tine Mouritsen has many years of experience in both furniture design and exhibition design. Currently, Danish design companies are applying for space at the Danish Living Room, so the final list of participants is not known yet.

Danish Living Room is organized in cooperation between the Danish Embassy in Rome and Innovation Network Lifestyle – Interior and Clothing. See more at www.innonetlifestyle.com

Danish-Italian duo curates Mind Craft
Another recurring Danish touch during the Milan Furniture Fair is the Mindcraft exhibition, which each year presents innovative Danish contemporary design and handicrafts. In 2015, the Mindcraft exhibition will be curated by the design studio GamFratesi, consisting of Danish-Italian designer couple Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi. GamFratesi is experienced both as furniture designers and exhibition designers, and their works repesent a synthesis of Danish design tradition and Italian concept thinking.
