The Call: Mads Mikkelsen makes a movie for BoConcept


He is Danish, he has style, and he has gained international recognition – just like BoConcept. Therefore, one of the most internationally known Danish actors – Mads Mikkelsen – got the lead role in The Call: A new film by the Danish furniture company BoConcept which has just been launched.

In the film, he plays an actor who must rehearse lines with a young fellow actress – but a phone call comes in the way, every time the action seems to reach a passionate climax. The scenes obviously take place in attractive interior environments, dominated by furniture from BoConcept. The film was shot in Spain and is produced by a professional Danish film crew.

For several years, Mads Mikkelsen has been one of the most famous actors and has appeared in numerous award-winning films. Internationally he struck through as the villain Le Chiffre in the James Bond movie Casino Royale, and later became famous as Hannibal “The Cannibal” Lecter in the successful TV series Hannibal.
