Springtime for Danish design in Milan

When the Salone del Mobile – the annual furniture fair in Milan – opens its doors from 14 to 19 April 2015, you will not go in vain among the approximately 2,000 exhibitors, especially if you are looking for Danish furniture design. In total, about 30 Danish companies will be present in place at the Rho-Pero exhibition center.

As usual, the Danish Embassy in Rome coordinates two common booths at the fair: In hall 10, at stand B03, one will find the group exhibition Danish LivingRoom, which designer Tine Mouritsen decorates this year. Under the themes of quality, functionality and sustainability, the about 20 Danish manufacturers of furniture and home accessories show their news, and here you can meet companies like Dk3, HTH and Fredericia Furniture, among others. Follow this exhibition on Facebook.

In Hall 16 there is also a small Danish joint stand with the participation of, inter alia, Onecollection.

In addition to the common booths, a number of Danish furniture companies will be exhibiting at individual booths at the fair, and a recommendation from here would be to visit Cane-Line, Carl Hansen & Son, Sika-Design and Softline.
