Freya: Modern interpretation of a classic chair

The new Freya dining chair from Magnus Olesen is designed by the design studio Says Who (Kasper Meldgaard and Nikolaj Duve). With Freya, the designers have strived to create a modern interpretation of a classic wooden chair. The construction is optimized for a modern furniture production.

Freya has many applications. In its simplest form, it is suitable as a light café chair, and with an upholstered seat, the chair gives comfort and is suitable as a dining chair. Finally, the version with upholstered back is particularly useful in meeting rooms.

Freya has good seating comfort, dynamic lines and fine details that testify to the high craftsmanship quality. This applies, for example, to the carving and milling of the leg frame that is visible when the chair is viewed from the side.

Freya is initially launched in oak, but will soon also be offered in beech and walnut. In addition, the series is planned to be extended with a lounge version and a barstool.
