Fritz Hansen’s collection of accessories includes both the functional, the decorative, something from the archives and something special.

Among the news in Fritz Hansen’s autumn collection of accessories is a relaunch of the Danish designer Grethe Meyer’s discreet, stackable Louise candlestick and a new knitted pattern in Arne Jacobsen’s range of pillows.

Only few of us know that Arne Jacobsen also designed textile patterns; The Tassel pad is a good example.

The Danish architect and designer Grethe Meyer named the stackable candlesticks Louise after Louisiana, the Museum of Modern Art, north of Copenhagen.

Originally the candlesticks were made of aluminum, but in this relaunch, they are delivered in high-gloss polished stainless steel with a silver-plated surface.
