House of Finn Juhl relaunches the ‘Art collector’s table’.
The table has a built-in glass mount for displaying objects.
Finn Juhl designed the table for his and carpenter Niels Vodder’s stand at the Cabinetmakers’ Exhibition at the Kunstindustrimuseet in 1948, which he named “The Living Room of an Art Collector”.
The small side table is made in walnut and has a simple expression in closed mode.
When the table tops are unfolded – the table appears as a glass mount.
The production of the table is an advanced process where the tolerances are very small, and the accuracy of every detail is crucial for the table’s functionality.
